You like to run, fast, slow, loss weight, gain fitness, be outdoor to clear your mind...

You want to run but you don't have time, the weather is not perfect, you are not sure where to run these days, or you just don't like to run by yourself...

Just schedule a Run Mate session of time, distance, pace, and place you like, so I could be aside you. I could plan our run if you like me to do so and you can also bring a friend or family member to run on a weekly basis or occasionally. I could help you with a training program, to prepare a special event or just for fun.

Its a weekly evening group Run Mate. We get together and run outside (at any weather) for 1h30 approximately. We try to pace our self with an average pace that will be enjoyable for all, we meet new people, we see our running friends from last week. From time to time I could propose a different location, distance, place or I could organize a special event.

Come to a group Run Mate with me to experience the pleasure of sharing, making new friends, staying fit, being motivated and happy!
